Help stop the spreading of germs and keep your immune system strong

It’s that time again. Covid and flu are now at highs reminiscent of pandemic days. It’s so important to protect yourself and others from these bugs and help stop the spread of germs. Here is a list of critical tips adopted from a recent CDC publication.

Provide your immune system the support it needs. Eat nutritious foods, keep physically active and get plenty of rest. It’s also a great time to get Aspid RDZ into your daily routine. Two gummies per day is all it takes.

2. Avoid close contact.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick. When you are sick, keep your distance from others to protect them from getting sick too.

3. Stay home when you are sick.

If possible, stay home from work, school, and errands when you are sick. This will help prevent spreading your illness to others.

4. Cover your mouth and nose.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. It may prevent those around you from getting sick. Flu viruses spread mainly by droplets made when people with flu cough, sneeze or talk.

5. Clean your hands.

Washing your hands open will help protect you from germs. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand rub. Hand washing saves lives!

Germs can be spread when a person touches something that is contaminated with germs and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth. Take the 90 Days challenge.

Until next time, take care of yourselves and others.
